Soundtracks

As a little girl I would play video game soundtracks on repeat during the day so I could recall them in my head while I was secretly playing those games at night with the sound off so my parents wouldn’t catch me.

Soundtracks continue to make up a big portion of my listening ‘diet’, and I still very much enjoy playing video games. Being part of unbelievable stories, escaping into magical worlds with incredible music that creates a synthesis of the arts is like therapy for me.

Having contributed voice and percussion on several indie and AAA games feels like this part of my life has come full circle, and I consider it the greatest gift and privilege. Particularly meaningful are the moments when I get to share the studio booth with my husband, Brian Hinman, and work with the incomparable Daria Novoliantceva.
